I started my regimen today

So, today I started my regimen (which is posted under regimen).  It has worked for me in the past so, I'm going to continue with this method.  It is healthier than what I did in the past with all of the hair down and no protective styling at all.  I'm serious about my healthy hair growth and I know with a little TLC it will happen.  I am in week 2 of the regimen that I posted.  Awesome right.  See you in a week, or sooner depending.
