Diet and Exercise Regimen

Besides the products that we put on our hair, we need to be conscience of the food that we put into our body and we need to have an exercise regimen.  These are factors that affect our overall health and hair growth.

For me, I am trying to lose weight healthy so, I have come up with a workout and diet regimen which is healthy and full with the foods that I like the most.  Here is my basic plan.

Diet Plan
Breakfast: 2 eggs, onions and green and red pepper or cereal or cream of wheat or hot ham sandwich (email me for recipe)

Lunch: Spaghetti with meatballs or chicken breast with salad or pork (or chicken) and rice or mashed potatoes and chicken breast

Dinner: Protein shake or almonds with milk or ham and bread or salad (without meat)

Exercise Plan
Monday: Run and Abs crunch
Tuesday: Zumba and Legs
Wednesday: Run and Jumping Jacks
Thursday: Abs crunch and Legs
Friday: Run and Abs crunch
Saturday: Zumba and Legs
